Desmet Ballestra Completes First CTi Nano Reactor(R) System Installation in South Korea

LOS ANGELES CA, Feb. 27, 2014 - Cavitation Technologies, Inc. ("CTi") (OTC BB: CVAT) (Berlin: Stuttgart: WTC) announced today that CTi's strategic partner since 2010, and licensee of the company's vegetable oil refining technology, the Desmet Ballestra Group, has successfully completed the installation of CTi's Nano Neutralization(R) Reactor System in a South Korean soybean oil refinery. This fully operational system, CTi's first in South Korea, is capable of processing over 200 metric tons of soybean oil per day.

"The South Korean refinery marks our 15th installation either completed or under contract," stated Roman Gordon, CTO of Cavitation Technologies, Inc. "With a pending installation in India, we believe Asia provides enormous potential for CTi's technology moving forward."

Mr. Kandiah reported that the system is fully functional and displaying typical performance improvements as seen in other facilities, including a reduction in harsh chemical usage and increased efficiency."
